“Mrs. Gladys is a compassionate and caring person in your employment. She takes the time to calm patients down in such a wonderful way. She is pleasant, informative and has such a great sense of humor. I think laughter is the best medicine for a patient. While washing me today she told me about her country in Africa and how her family lived. Her touch with family life is astounding! Her amusing and veritable stories really took the edge off my surgery.”
