The Case of the Missing Shoes

This is what a true public servant looks like.

A homeless man’s shoes were misplaced in the ED.  The report was referred to Carilion Police Investigator Monti Lee for follow up.  Monti went the extra mile to track down his shoes, then track him down at the various missions in the Roanoke area and returned his shoes to him.  An issue that most folks would just dismiss and not worry about.  It shows the caliber of our officers and how nothing is small in their world, especially to Monti Lee.
