Thanks to Heidi for helping out a patient and her family!

I wanted to thank Heidi Johnston with CCPT for going above and beyond to help out with transporting a patient to a different SNF per a family request.  She was a dedicated problem solver and came up with a quick solution to remedy a complicated situation.  The patient and her family were grateful for the CCPT services and speedy response!  Thanks to you, Heidi and your CCPT team!!!
