Support given when needed

I want to thank Tammy, LPN, and the entire night staff of 8S PCU. I am fresh off orientation with Resource Pool. The night that sticks with me the most was when I was placed on this unit. I had a patient deteriorating and I wasn't quite sure of what to do. I was really concerned for the patient and Tammy came to my aid. I voiced my concerns to her, at which point she helped pull my mind from straight panic mode and helped me escalate care for the patient. After the rush of everything happened, she made sure to come find me and make sure I was ok. This was all very daunting as a new nurse and I was very grateful for all of the support I received from her and the rest of the staff there. Thank you!!!
