Summer Clemmer-Commitment and Collaboration

I would like to recognize Summer Clemmer for her collaboration and commitment to CRBH. Recently I had the task of working with a team to create a performance improvement plan for improving patient reassessment scores for the inpatient departments at CRBH. My team and I created reminder posters to place in the rooms to remind nurses to remember to do their pain reassessments, however they needed to be printed in color and laminated and we did not have a way to do that.  Summer works in the Quality department and has access to a color printer and a laminator; however, she is not part of the pain reassessment team. I emailed Summer to ask for her help and she did not hesitate to help. She printed them and laminated them and delivered them to me that afternoon. We were able to present these to our co-workers the next day at the staff meeting. Thank you to Summer for going above and beyond to help your fellow co-workers to improve the pain reassessment process. You're the best!
