Streamling King

A much deserved recognition to David Bowers for always being willing to streamline any software we use to gain efficiencies!

David offered to add a Forms page to our REDCap Project Log with the intent of reducing the number of emails that need to be sent between HART and R&D.

He also volunteered to help streamline the Crystal report we use to run feasibility for clinical trials, which made it run more efficiently.  He also added the Providers location lookup query so we don't have to go elsewhere to locate it.

Just this morning, he sent out an email with a keyboard shortcut with the @carilionclinic.org extension to help prevent typos, as well as to save time!!

I know he has implemented many more efficiencies and we DEFINITELY appreciate ALL of them!!!  Keep thinking outside the box David!!!
