Stellar teamwork on10 MPCU

Had a chance to orient on 10MPCU today, and was in awe by how everyone worked together! Being a part of the resource pool, I get placed all over the hospital, and get a sense of the differnt varieties of teamwork. This unit certainly sets the bar! There was no grumbling or complaining when someone was behind and asked for help; their team-mates stepped up willingly to help the patients (at times even without being asked)! I'm glad to have been a part of this unit's care team today and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks for putting patient care first and making it an enjoyable enviroment to work in today guys!
