Special Thanks

My husband recently had a critical illness. He was seen in the emergency department and later admitted to the critical care unit at Carilion New River Vally Medical Center.  From the moment we entered the hospital, until the night we were released, we absolutely could not have encountered a more dedicated team than these two departments.  Everyone we encountered from providers, nursing, CNA, lab, clerical, and transport, treated us with respect, showed the utmost compassion and commitment to not only my husband as the patient, but to myself and our son as well.  We had many concerns and questions along the way and everything we asked was clearly explained in a kind and caring way.  Your kindness and exceptional care will never be forgotten!!
