Shout Out to RMH

I'd like to give a huge SHOUT OUT to RMH emergency room staff!!! Over the weekend, I was in a car accident and they were on top of everything! The moment I got to the hospital, I was immediately brought to the CT scanner and the test was conducted by Seth; never have I had to have this test and was terrified. Seth was incredibly nice and told me there was nothing to be worried about, and next thing I knew, it was over and they were wheeling me out. As I waited for my results, I was in the front lobby by the doors. Leslie was incredibly kind and brought me a blanket without provocation - that really made me feel seen as a person and not a patient. Literally everyone from the beginning to the end were incredibly compassionate, professional, and efficient. As I told the associate at discharge, I don't wish going to the ER on anyone, but if they had to go, I would recommend RMH. Thank you all for taking such amazing care of me in such a scary time!!
