Riverside CT patient takes time to call manager to highlight exceptional care by Savannah

I received a call from Diane, a CT patient, who was so thankful for the care Savannah in Riverside CT provided.  She truly appreciated the time to get her comfortable, kindness, and care provided.  She reported having a bad experience last year and was very apprehensive to come back, but felt at ease and supported by her care.
