Recognizing our Hospitalist Teams at CNRV & CGCH during National Hospitalist's Day/Week!

Six years ago in 2019, the Society of Hospitalist Medicine announced the inaugural National Hospitalist Day would be held on the first Thursday of every March! If you know Hospitalists, you know that if it is only celebrated one day, you are going to miss half of your Hospitalist team! Therefore, the hospitalist teams at Carilion celebrate at least 2 days to capture all their diligent, hard-working team members. We are celebrating the entire week to give everyone the opportunity to recognize these compassionate caring providers!

I would like to recognize all Hospitalists everywhere and give a HUGH WOW to my Hospitalist teams at CNRV and CGCH!

Thank you all for being an especially important integral part of the family-oriented cultures that exists in our teams and in our Regional Hospitals; there is no doubt that CGCH and CNRV Hospitalists go over and beyond in “Improving the health of the communities we serve”!
