Recognizing OR Services Excellence (ROSE) Provider Award
In 2025, Jessica Shrewsbury, BSN, RN, CTL, launched the Recognizing OR Services Excellence (ROSE) Provider Award to celebrate providers within Operating Room Services (ORS) who consistently go above and beyond in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting their teams.
To support this initiative, a multidisciplinary council was established to review nominations, and a QR code submission process was created to make recognizing excellence easy and accessible for staff. Thanks to this structured approach, the program has been a strong success remaining on track to honor one outstanding ORS provider each quarter in 2026.

Award recipients are presented with a yellow rose pin, a symbol of appreciation and recognition for their extraordinary contributions. In addition, honorees are featured in ORS hallways, highlighting their achievements and inspiring others across the organization.
