Last week became a little hectic at the RMH Pharmacy, for working staff and patients in need of medications. While balancing a system outage, leading to delayed processing, Stephanie Hughes delivered the news of delays to persistent patients, showing Compassion, Kindness and Grace that neutralized frustrations.
