Pharmacy in the ED

Stephanie Tatum, CPhT has always been a great Pharmacy asset in CNRV ED completing Medication Reconciliation for patients.  Now with the ED busy with potential COVID-19 patients, she has made an even bigger difference. In addition to working creatively on Med Recs for patients without entering negative pressure rooms, she has jumped in and taken on the daily tasks of refilling the ED and Pediatric Pyxis machines so other Pharmacy staff do not need to enter the ED.

Stephanie and the other Techs and Interns provide a much needed service for ED Physicians, Nurses, and admitting Physicians to assist them in providing excellent patient care in these tough times.
