Outstanding Patient Care.

A Special thank you to Karen Little, Healthcare Administrative Associate (HAA) in Radiology, who helped a patient very challenged with directions and getting back to the parking garage and car—she took the time to hear and respond. The patient said of Karen, “She took me exactly where I needed to go, didn't just tell me, but took me out of the building, over to parking, even down to my very car. Who does that? This young lady bent over backwards to make sure I got out of the clinic, back to my car. I was so impressed with her, and she had such a sweet, patient attitude. Again, Karen Little in Imaging.
