NRV UROLOGY FRONT DESK TEAMWORK!

I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to my fellow front desk team, particularly Laura, Jenn, Debbie and Wendy! Yesterday was an EXTREMELY rough day. We were understaffed, which was ok. But we had some very unreasonable patients that were difficult and had lots of just plain old weird things happening. We all wondered if it was a full moon! 

Several times throughout the day, I just thought how happy I was that we work so well as a team and support and help each other. I think we are ROCKING it! Such a huge number of our patients are so lovely, kind, and appreciative. They even recognized the tough situations yesterday and empathized with us. So if our patients are so happy with us, we are doing it right! We hear SO VERY OFTEN from so many of our patients how excellent our office is and we all contribute to that! Ladies, thanks so much!
