Maintenance Worker, Cole Clark, Makes Day Brighter for Patient and Mother

Cole Clark's compassion and skills surely made the day much brighter for a young physical therapy patient and her mother. Sharing, with permission from the mother, her comments.

“I recently brought my daughter in for an appointment in physical therapy. We have been trying to do teletherapy meetings, but her equipment majorly needed to be adjusted. We gave it our best effort but didn't have the right tools, and Cole (Clark? I think) came to the rescue. Not only did he run to get the proper tools for us, he used his man strength to help us. He stayed with us the whole time and was extremely accommodating and helpful! He entertained my daughter and was super sweet to both of us. I don't think he knew that I was an employee, he just provided excellent customer service- a true example of what an exceptional employee is! I know that probably wasn't what he was expecting to do with his day and I'm sure we set him back, but he was SUCH as asset to our day. His assistance allowed my daughter to get her walker adjusted perfectly for her and gave the therapist extra time to focus on getting her some direct therapy. He saved the day!! Thank you Cole”
