Lindsay Ruch, home health OT and Jess Perkins, CTL provide stellar, thorough and compassionate care for a patient

There was a patient with significant medical challenges that is part of a refugee resettlement ministry. We heard from the representative of the ministry that Lindsay Ruch, OT did great work making sure her recommendations were practically and functionally tailored to the patient's circumstances.  Jess Perkins, Rehab CTL assisted Lindsay in a back-channel investigation as to why the patient's referral was not getting through the system. We were also informed that Lindsay had excellent communication with the patient and ministry representative to maximize patient adherence and carryover of interventions. Lindsay and Jess also demonstrated commitment and compassion in getting this patient's many needs met.
