Kudos to 9 South PCU and 7th floor Cardiology at RMH

Here in Billing Customer Service, we received a call from a patient yesterday who wanted to share her experience at RMH.   She spent almost 3 weeks on 9 South PCU under your care and said the whole staff was fabulous!  She also mentioned that she had spent a week on the 7th floor in Cardiology at RMH and they were all fabulous as well and all of you deserved a pat on the back!

Great job, team!  In a world where so many people are quick to find fault, it's nice to receive positive reinforcement from those we interact with daily!
