Janelle Marshall thank you!

I want to shout out a big WOW to Janelle Marshall in the lobby pharmacy. I recently changed my name as I have gotten married, and apparently because of that it has been a major cause of confusion. I have been trying to get prescriptions filled over the past few months from 3 of my doctors and it has taken about a week and a lot of frustration for each separate prescription to be filled. Janelle has been such a great help each and every time I had an issue. She is a wonderful, caring person. She is such a valuable asset for Carilion!! Janelle thank you for your perseverance and determination to make sure I got my prescriptions!!
