It's the little things that make a big difference!

CGCH received the comment below from a patient’s mother and wanted to share. Mark, thank you for making a difference for this patient and his mother!  We appreciate you!

 "On April 30th at approximately 4:00 p.m. at the Giles hospital, my autistic nonverbal toddler was seen in the ER for a seizure. The radiographer (Mark Atkins R.T.(R)(CT)) took a chest x-ray. I don't know what you're paying him, but it's not enough. He spoke to my child and explained to him what was happening. He worked within his limits and didn't push him. Most people hear nonverbal and treat him like he doesn't understand what's going on. Not this man. He treated my son like a person. I'm forever grateful."
