IR & 10South "Circle Up" to support colleagues & improve care!

On April 25th, teams from Interventional Radiology and 10 South Oncology and Palliative Care took part in a training for Circle Up, a tool that creates a supportive system of work-based briefing, peer check-ins, and debriefing to boost clarity, coordination, and resilience in healthcare teams. 

The training was delivered by the Harvard Center for Medical Simulation, led by Drs. Chris Roussin and Mary Fey. Over the coming weeks and months, IR and 10 South will roll out use of Circle Up and help our system better understand how it can serve additional teams.
