HUGE Heart CNRV

While scrolling Facebook the first line of a post caught my eye, "So I have to brag on a sweet lady in the CNRVMC gift shop." This friend did not take her wallet with her because she was supposed to just be picking a loved one up who was being discharged. Because she had her school aged daughter was with her, she could not go to the patient's room. She decided to go look around in the gift shop to waste some time. Her daughter asked for a snack. My friend quietly whispered, "I did not bring my wallet in. You will need to wait." Our very own, "Charo"/ Maria Rivera, overheard this conversation. She not only offered to purchase the snack,but also offered to purchase mom a drink as well. My friend's status ended by saying, "What a sweet reminder of the goodness of some people and their huge hearts that do still exist."
