Hospice Gives to our Communities

While the holidays may be a time of celebration, they can also be a season of remembering and grieving those we've loved and lost.  The holidays can be particularly challenging for our patients and their families as they are navigating the journey at end of life.  Our entire community of employees is so generous, and our hospice teams across our footprint work tirelessly to ensure the needs of our patients and families are met in special ways.  Our teams have received donations from our own internal departments as well as our partner organizations that have brought many smiles to the faces of our patients and our families.  The tender care that is provided physically, emotionally and spiritually by our hospice teams is made all the more special by the generosity of others who care deeply.  Thank you to each and every member of the Carilion Clinic Family and our Partner Organizations who gave generously to ensure that those in need experience the special gift of love nestled in every package.
