Helping out a Mom in Need

Jen Prince (Child Outpatient Psychiatry) took time out of her job duties to help a mom with her hands full. The patient had a mental disability and would not get back in the stroller that mom had. Mom was trying to carry this patient and handle the stroller at the same time. Jen showed Compassion and carried the stroller to the car for the patient's mother. Jen is a great example of stepping up and helping to make the patient experience better.
