Helping hand from a sweet NP

Paige Conkling, NP deserves a huge shout out. We will never know exactly just how busy she is through the night, answering pages, stopping bedside to check on patients, stopping by floors to talk to RN's.. the list could go on and on. Tonight was no different, i'm sure she was beyond busy. Even though that was the case she still stopped by my patients room to check on him at bedside. She made sure everything was good to go before she left and even helped us give him a boost. Something that may seem so small to others made a big impact on me. This woman who probably often misses meals and restroom breaks to tend to others needs, took time out of her busy night to do something as simple as help boost a patient. It just goes to show how much Paige loves her job and truly cares about her patients. As crazy as your nights may get, your dedication and compassion doesn't go unnoticed! Thanks for everything you do!
