Heart Of Gold

Ms.Anna was caring for two patients I was watching on telesitting and did an amazing job with them. One patient was upset because it was her birthday and family kept calling her to wish her a happy birthday and it made her emotional Anna went above and beyond to make the patient feel special and important. I had another patient move from the ED up to 12W and again Anna was in the room laughing and joking with the patient and making the patient feel important. WAY TO GO ANNA!
