HAA or Life Saver? Chris Asbury? BOTH!
Our Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program at CNRV is beyond lucky to have Chris Asbury as our HAA! HAA's are one of the most important parts of the patient experience in any office, but especially the OBAT. They are the first person a patient has contact with and in many cases, the first impression a patient has about our treatment program and staff. Many patients who do not engage in addiction treatment are at high potential for continued use, institutions, and even overdose. With this said, Chris goes above and beyond to treat our patients with kindness and meet their scheduling and resource needs. There is not a week that goes by that we do not receive positive feedback about patient's experiences with Chris. With this vulnerable population, his calm demeanor and friendly disposition is a literal LIFE SAVER. Additionally, our OBAT staff is so grateful to have such a responsive and caring person to collaborate with for scheduling, referrals, patient calls, and so much more! This man certainly deserves to be posted on the WOW wall frequently AND he probably deserves some free coffee and cake too. Chris, THANK YOU for everything you do and the kindness and effort you do it with. Your coworkers and the patients appreciate you more than you know!
