Going above and beyond!

A patient on Labor and Delivery realized she had lost her phone after transferring to a new room.  Her pictures from the birth were on her phone.  The room she had been in was searched, and the phone could not be located. We attempted to search the laundry bag from her room but it had already been picked up from the floor.  A phone call was placed to Environmental Services to see if they could assist us in locating the phone.  The laundry had already been placed on the truck.  Sonia Sierra, from environmental services, took it upon herself to track down the laundry bag on the laundry truck and found the patients phone.  Thank you for going above and beyond, and tracking down this patients phone with all the photos from her birth.
