Going above and beyond

Denise Arrington of Labor and Delivery noticed a  personal wheelchair that had been sitting outside of our unit for several weeks.  She found a patient sticker on the wheel chair and determined that it belonged to an elderly lady.   She had been missing her wheelchair for several weeks and was very grateful that she had located it.  The patient did not live near the hospital and it was going to be several days before her family could make the trip to the hospital to pick up the wheelchair.  Our unit secretary Kadie Droke, volunteered to deliver the wheelchair to the patients home.  The patient was very thankful that they had located her missing wheelchair and personally delivered it to her.
