Exceptional Patient-Centered Care on 6 OPS CST

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone on 6 OPS CST, especially Tana White and Emilie Rothgeb, for the exceptional care they provided to my father-in-law. While his procedure was routine from a clinical standpoint, it was understandably stressful for him. Their ability to recognize his anxiety and take the time to explain each step in a clear, compassionate manner made a meaningful difference. Their willingness to engage him—and my family—with conversation and reassurance helped create a calm and supportive environment.

I would also like to thank Dr. Faisal Aslam for his expertise and the confidence he inspires. I truly felt my father-in-law was in capable and caring hands.
