Excellent teamwork!

The Occupational Health clinic on McDowell Avenue recently experienced a power outage and loss of telephones.  The HAA staff quickly coordinated with the other Occupational Health clinic at CRCH to reroute scheduled patients, even using their personal phones.  All patients were contacted, seen, and cared for because of the excellent teamwork between the staff and providers at both clinics.  Rachel Carter, RN CTL, even guided a non-English speaking family of three in her car to the other location to make sure their appointments were completed!  I'm incredibly proud of this team for taking care of our patients and each other!
