EPIC-ally collaborative!

Jimmy DeHart has once again helped to troubleshoot an Epic challenge - this time, one that will help with efficient caseload management. I wanted to find a way to monitor visit dates, any open visit sets and new referrals. Jimmy called me back only minutes after an email asking for help, patiently walked me through some steps to personalize a report, and waited for me to run one to ensure it met my needs.
