Dickenson, Stephanie, CTL 11W

Overall the shift was very busy in my department that night. I was personally having a bad day overall. Got a page to do an EKG on a patient in Labor and Delivery, so I went to 11W to obtain a EKG machine. This is where I got to meet Ms. Tabatha. I had no clue where the machine was located on the floor and Ms. Tabatha took the time out of her night to help me find it. This gesture went beyond just helping me out. She was polite, nice, caring which was quite refreshing for a change. She had no hesitation whatsoever to jump in and help. The act of actually caring and eagerness to help really changed the outlook on my night. We could use more staff like her.
