Diane Eames, Guest Services at CFMH extends hospitality to Anticoagulation patient

As a nurse that travels from clinic to clinic helping with staffing, I have personally witnessed the generosity Diane Eames, Guest Services, has given to my patients in anticoagulation. I have one patient who has experienced a significant loss in his home and his family lives out of state. Diane gave the patient her phone number and offered conversation and visits during this time of grief. Even extending the home visit with her own family and dinner. He was blown away by her concern and care.  He graciously accepted the company and hospitality. Please know she extends this same care and smile to all who walk through the front door of Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital.
