We are excited to share the success of our 2nd Annual Health Analytics Symposium with Virginia Tech. Held on August 24th at the Hotel Roanoke. Here are some exciting statistics:
-We doubled participation from last year to over 150 attendees!
-Panel sessions were a success, interview style to engage both the panelists and audience, some the topics discussed were:
*Improving the Patient Experience
*Improving Clinician Well Being
*Bending the Cost Curve with Data
*Improving Quality Outcomes
*Using Date to Improve Community Health
-We had close to 40 panelists and moderators to share their knowledge, these include Carilion leaders, Virginia Tech leaders and professors, Industry leaders and community partners
-Future collaboration opportunities were developed for research, analytics, and patient care solutions

We were honored to have our CEO, Nancy Agee attend and introduce our keynote speaker Dr. Tony Slonim, CEO and President of Renown Health, and former VPMA for Carilion Clinic. Dr. Slonim shared Renown’s work in improving community health by using clinical, environmental and genetic data.
