One said: First time hospitalized. Had her the first day admitted to the hospital, very nice, took very good care of me. Explained everything she does which is nice from a patient point of view. Also had her on Friday (4 days later) and she was very proactive to help get needed care done for me before the weekend. She took time to do things and explain even though she was busy. Thanks for everything, we consider you were meant to work those days. Kalayna was very kind and respectful to me. She was always there for me. Had a great attitude and listened to me all while having a smile on her face. I felt very valued and loved, she’s awesome.
