Congrats Amanda Childress! Cardiac Rehab!

From the initial phone interview in June through my final visit, Amanda's knowledge of cardiac issues and compassion for her patients were evident. The exercise program she tailored for me along with dietary counseling and mental health counseling were exactly what I needed to bounce back and build myself stronger and healthier. Over several weeks she has become my trusted counselor, coach, and educator on "heart health". Amanda showed and interest in the whole body health and all they affected me from the first day I entered her care. She has been a fantastic listener which I find comforting when asking about all the frightening aches and pains. 

She has been a source of inspiration and her knowledge and compassion has eliminated a lot of worry and stress.
