"One exceptional time that touched us when we had a patient who was being discharged to rehab. This patient would not leave without clothes and shoes.  Tiffany went and got him clothes from the clothes closet but there were no shoes for him.  She left on her lunch break and went to Goodwill and purchased him shoes so that he would feel comfortable going to rehab."

"We wanted to make sure that she knew what an impact she makes on the patients and their families."
