Daisy Award

Codi Jo Thomas, RN works on MCU was our Daisy award winner for September and October. She shows compassion and commitment to all her patients. She was nominated by two patients, below are their comments:

#1 Patient family member: I was spending the night with my mother Cota Wade after she had surgery. I had been awake since 3:15 that morning I was really tired, Codi Jo brought in a recliner for me to rest and warm blankets. No one knows how good it feels for someone to show kindness, compassion, and care in time of need, she’s the best.

#2 Patient: Friendly, endearing, she was sweet to me and took my needs seriously. I love her to pieces.
