CTL that goes above and beyond

Kylie Yates, General Pediatrics CTL at Tanglewood Childrens, has consistently supported and gone above and beyond for her coworkers.  Not only does she have valuable expertise in pediatrics, but before becoming CTL, she was preceptor and trained most of the staff that currently work at Tanglewood General Pediatrics. More importantly, Kylie is empathetic, kind and always has an open for ear those she works with.  She is respected by her fellow nurses and the physicians.  There have been more than a few times that I have been stressed, made a mistake or felt overwhelmed. Kylie is a calming, sympathetic force in our unit! As other nurses have said -she is the "heart" in General Pediatrics.   She embodies all the Carilion Values!  Love her!
