CRBH Respiratory Therapist goes above and beyond

Teresa Hill, RRT at CRBH always goes above and beyond to help with patients on the inpatient floors. She is always willing to help with patients on the inpatient floor even when it is not a respiratory need. Last week my co-worker in the ICU was at lunch and when Teresa went in to give one of his patients a breathing treatment, she had multiple requests for nursing. Teresa relayed the patients requests to me and then went into the room and assisted me with removing the patients foley catheter, giving her a bath, and repositioning her in bed. This was not part of her job duties, but she did not hesitate to jump in and help since my co-worker was at lunch. This is just one example of how Teresa shows collaboration, commitment, and compassion. Thank you, Teresa for being so dedicated to patient care and thank you for always being so helpful.
