Congratulations to Tammy Rolfes, CA on 9 MTN ICU - CRMH on winning the BEE Award for July 2023!

The BEE Award recognizes the outstanding work of our ancillary staff as they support the patients and families at CRMH. We honor the work that Tammy performs everyday as a Clinical Associate on 9 MTN ICU! Please take a moment to read her nomination story below. 

Tammy is an exceptional nursing associate. Each time she enters the room she's smiling and has something positive to say. Her care is tender and compassionate, as if each patient were a member of her family and someone she knows and loves. She never hurries through her job, very attentive to every small details. I observed her cleaning my husband and with every move she explained what she was doing and why, creating an atmosphere of trust and alleviating any awkwardness that might occur.
Her self-deprecating humor also lightens the mood, (saying she's ocd about her job and the way she attends to the room and her patients).
We (my husband, the patient and I) feel she goes beyond the call of duty in effort and attitude.
