Congratulations to Pharmacists on New Certifications Earned

Kara Lucas, PharmD BCACP CDCES and Ann Lucktong, PharmD BCACP CDCES both earned certification as clinical diabetes educators in the last month by applying for consideration, meeting the patient hours requirements, completing specified continued education credits, studying and culminated success by passing the certification exam. 

Our ambulatory pharmacist team has played an amazing role in helping diabetic patients reach their target outcomes.  I am proud of these pharmacists for continuing their drive for education to be well trained in providing high quality care to our patients now not only as Pharmacists but as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.
