Congratulations to Micah Austin on winning the BEE Award!

The BEE Award recognizes the extraordinary work of our unlicensed nursing support staff here at CRMH.  This award acknowledges the contributions of the ancillary staff in the delivery of the care plan to provide the best possible care to patients and to their familes.  Micah Austin exemplies all of these attributes in the care of his patients.  As of this date, Micah has earned 10 BEE Award nominations from patients.  Way to go, Austin, that is amazing!

"Our patient care tech, Micah Austin showed his concern for the problems that I have going on at the moment. He very friendly. He came and checked on me often and assisted me with positioning to ease my pain. We also had positive, spiritual conversations uplifting encouraging words. At time when checked on me it was perfect timing because he adjusted my body to where my pain would go away. It is easy to see that he is in the right profession. He seems to a natural at his job. It was pleasure to have Micah to be my patient care tech. I couldn't ask for anyone better. I see Micah has bright future ahead and he is blessed no doubt. Thank you Micah for all you have done. You must have a million friends with a heart that you have. I would want a friend like you. Thanks for all the care given. It has made a major influence on my health."
