Congratulations to ILE Coaches Sara Kagarise and Cory Colton for publication in upcoming issue of Choice, the magazine for professional coaching!

Two of our own Carilion executive coaches, Sara Kagarise and Cory Colton, have received notice their article "The Strength of Two: The Dyad Partnership and Coaching" has been accepted for publication in the upcoming "Humanizing Healthcare" edition of choice magazine. Sara is a Senior Coach and Consultant and Cory is the Senior Director with the Institute for Leadership Effectiveness (ILE). Their unique perspective and exceptional writing style stood out among numerous submissions. Choice is the magazine of professional coaching. The publication will release late September 2023.
