Compassion and Commitment

Matasha Crawford has always shown compassion and commitment as our Community Care OBOT LPN. She is one of the first staff our patients encounter and the impact she has on each patient does not go unnoticed.  One patient recently shared "She reassured me that it wasn't my fault and that I had no reason to feel ashamed. So by the end of the conversation I had gone from feeling like I was going to be crushed by the weight of the world, to laughing at how silly it is that we let something as small as...............take the joy out of life." Matasha did not have to take the time to listen to this patient but as always, she did. She offered compassion to a patient when they needed it most!
