Collaboration & Teamwork

Sometimes it takes a village! Rachel Kiefer (ED RN) stepped up for a patient in need in the ICU at FMH! 
After initial attempts at foley placement and bladder decompression were not successful. Rachel stepped up and with diligence and care was able to place a catheter and provide relief and comfort to this patient in need! 
At a regional hospitals we often have to rely on interdepartmental collaboration to elevate the care. Sharing skill sets across teams to provide the best care, is part of what makes CFMH so special.
