CNRV Hospice joins the Parade

Carilion Clinic New River Valley Hospice participated in the Town of Christiansburg's Veterans Day Parade on Monday, November 11. As a part of the 'We Honor Veterans' program the team looks for ways to honor not only our veteran patients, but also those in the communities we serve. Thank you Treasa Rigney, Volunteer Coordinator Assistant, for coordinating our "march" in the parade! Also thank you to the following hospice staff who participated:  Jim Jones-Hospice Volunteer, Kate Gallimore-Bereavement Coordinator, Tryphena Wymns-RN Case Manager and husband Michael, Renee Altizer-NRV Hospice Manager, Robyn Angle-Chaplain, Karen King-CNA, Tammy Epperly-MSW, Kelly Sweeney-Music Therapist, Sarah Stevens-MSW. A special "Thank You" to Carilion Clinic Hospice's leadership Lisa Sprinkle and Sarah Browning for lending your bright smiles and cheerful hearts.
