Congratulations to our inpatient Daisy Award Winner: Carrie Duck, RN CTL on CCU

Carrie made our entire stay as comfortable as possible regardless the situation. She took her time to communicate with out severely autistic son which is also EDRD on dialysis. I’m an RN of 30 plus years and her care was amazing coming from this mama bear. I truly appreciate her kindness and she went above and beyond her job duties. She is a great asset to this hospital. Me and my husband were truly amazed by your excellent care, compassion, empathy as well as love toward our son regardless how long it took. Many times she was coming with his medication as we were getting ready to call for it. She is extraordinary because she truly cares. She’s not here for a paycheck she’s here to be the angel she has been for our family. The list could go on and on but will close with this: She is the BEST nurse and asset to this hospital!
